Didn’t she get pregnant after being charged and gave birth while waiting for the matter to be dealt with?Mmmm…. You've got to wonder. A twenty-two year old female was sentenced today to a minimum of six months (I think) for killing a man. Under the influence, banned from driving as a P-plater with a long history for driving offences.
She now has a one-year-old baby and is allowed to have her baby with her in prison. God help that baby for the future
And wasn’t the matter then dealt with in a Koori court which handed down a token sentence which completely disregarded the victim?
A complete shambles having a two courts in our once great country, both of which are pathetic at sentences that deter others from committing crime
