Chasing my tail with an hesitation issue when opening the throttle. If I gently open throttle is revs up smooth but if I open up anything other than gently/smoothly it will hesitate then will rev up.

Every now and then it will also not start on me till it is cold.

In recent times I have replaced fuel regulator, fuel pump, injector seals.
Distributor button, cap, leads and plugs which have been gapped.

I have had one of the techs at work look at my ignition module and he found a couple of issues that were replaced.

Any insights would be much appreciated.

A vacuum leak will do that.

Seems fine. Started the car after pulling it out and inspecting for any splits or cracks. Engine light was on but the "issue" wasn't there that time

After all the fault finding/fixing, have you reset the ecu?
Sometimes a relearn fixes head scratchers

Look up youtube clips or forum search how to do it & code numbers.

How can I check for this or simply just replace

If you can live scan you can see it responding to pedal action.
If not, maybe a multimeter on the output while running it through it's motion range??
