VE speedometers read 4 to 5 over on normal stock tyres and wheels.
What have you done to it to be reading under?
Yeah my gps reads 97 when speedometer reads 100 kph.

Never tested my VE against a GPS but my needle reads slightly less like 1-2kph than the digital readout does. Apparently this is normal and gets worse as the cluster gets used more. Me I don't set anything at 105 if I'm in a 100 zone. I don't love cruise but when it has been used I set it at the speed limit not faster or slower.

I set the cruise to the speed limit too. If l have the navigation app going, as stated before, it reads 2 - 3 km less than the speedo.
Generally, but not always keeps me on the speed limit, even down hills.

I wonder if you are running the recommended tyres. If you go from 16s to 18s or 20s it makes a difference. The speedo is set to rotation of the drivers for the gearbox where the GPS is set to the distance measured from staellites and towers.

Yes agree - my VE always been about 3 km/h under actual. If I get a ticket I don’t have much to complain about… different wheels on your car?

Not necessarily....It goes by rolling radius....ie say you go from a 225/60X16 to a 245/45X18, the rolling radius will be identical, which means the speedo stays the same....Or if you go from 245/45X18 to 245/35X20, the rolling radius stays the same.

These sizes I have posted up are all VF Commodore factory sizing
