Nah, iPhones are terrible!! they're flexible as a plastic ruler and all..

Although, on a different note, the Apple Macbooks, I've known one to be on a gravel driveway, driven slowly over by a fully loaded GU Patrol, it was still fully functional afterwards.

(total sarcasm, and stirring the pot).

Exactly. I think most phones, if you put it under all that pressure will just break at some point. Now with a bigger iPhone, it's much more vulnerable(although Apple says it's much durable than the smaller one) which will be easier to bend.

I was determined to get an Iphone6+ but all I could get was a 6 so I was going to use that and sell it to get a 6+ when they became more readily available, here is NZ the 6+ is harder to find that an S5 owner that isn't smug!

Anyway there was a guy who had got a 6+ for his Mrs. she was a tiny little 5'2 and just couldn't use it, so I swapped my 2 hour old phone for a 2 day old 6+ and as a bonus got a free Apple leather case.

I must say though when setting it up when it was out of the case this sucker is slippery!

WATCH OUT you could easily drop it, I would recommend getting a case ASAP if you get one.

And no my phone is not bent!

I LOL'ed at the 'super computer in your hand' bit the most to be honest. Now that's horse***t. If it was a computer in your hand it would work like a computer...

lol yeah "super computer" - it's a mass consumer product supposedly supposed to be carried around by people wherever they go. To ask the consumer to change their habits to not damage your product is the first step of arrogance that leads to a downward trend in sales. This is particularly true when the opposition product has essentially the same (or better) features but without the need to change one's habits.

In all of this bending stuff, I LOL'd hard when I read that a lot of Apple stores had iPhones broken because people were walking in and trying to bend them to see if it was true, and then they break the device and walk out. I'm pretty sure I could break my S5 if I tried my hardest to bend it too.

If you don't understand that it is a computer in your hand then you don't know what a computer is. You do realise iOS is just a flavour of Linux don't you?
