Last summer the lid blew off my clear auto lacquer from the heat and possibly not on tight enough. It was fairly gelled over before I noticed. I poured some thinners in the tin and let it sit. Every few days I gave I gave it a shake and now it's come good, no lumps neither.

Saw some guy that says throw some ball bearings in used paint tins to help with mixing later.

I was told to put marbles in paint, which I did....The paint I put them in has some flake in it and it does work with the mixing of the paint

One I learnt years ago was how to magnitize a screw driver.

Wrap some insulated wire around it and the open ends of the wire, touch a couple of times on the positive and negative of a battery...

Works a treat
