If you read my earlier comment I already explained the 2 sensors. And also the single wire sensor does not feedback to the ecu, therefore checking the live data with a scan tool will give you the information required from the correct coolant temp sensor. So not misleading at all.Misleading comment. A failed coolant temp Sender (single wire) will not cause overfueling, but will cause the temperature gauge to be faulty. The comment is correct for the coolant temp Sensor (two wire).
