Could be tyre pressure, or could be bushes binding up or even old/worn tyres.....

Well. Everything seems fine. There mustn’t be any problem.

But there is, i have loosened the banjo bolt to check the pressure and fluid gushed everywhere so its a good sign that the pump is functional. Visioually checked the steering rack and there isnt anything abnormal. No hit or leaks etc, tyres are good ;(

If you haven't done so already, maybe thoroughly check all the rubber boots on the ball joints/bushings for splits.

There can be internal oil leaks on the rack. If oil is internally bypassing certain seals, it’s going feel heavier than that time your Nann sat on you when you were six.

What is the air pressure in the tyres? Like that actual air pressure. Not the, “I looked at it and looks ok”, the actual pressure.

Can you post pictures of the ball joints, the rack ends etc that @vc commodore mentioned? We might spot something.

The other thing it could be is flogged out strut tops. Once the bearings go, they’d grind harder than that app on your phone.
