The last place I worked at used to get alot of their metalwork sent out to be powdercoated , usually a Ute load or two. After it came back from the powder coaters the QC guy would check it . 50 percent of the time there would be a bracket omitted or nutserts left out or holes in the wrong place. I suggested to QC the parts before they are sent out , but what would I know I was only a store man.
