I never thought it would beFifteen now you've quoted yourself....
Idk, that's what the neighbor claims. If he does, most likely he won't then I've got a few things that will get him into trouble. For what and on what grounds?

1. Threatened to bash me and my house mates ( real estate can back me up)
2. Animal neglect
3. Operating power equipment at 6am on a Sunday and loading up his boat at 11pm on a Friday night.
I'm tempted to call the rspca but I bet he'll ring them about my dog or complain about something else.Being a dog lover, I'd be making a call to the RSPCA sooner rather than later over this dog.....
It's bad enough you aren't getting much sleep, but not looking after the dog, is next level.....The pr1ck doesn't deserve the dog and a court appearance might pull him into line....
The threats and the power tool/boat load incidents would have had to be acted on straight away for anything to be done....

It's weird after the complaint about the mechanic thing that dog randomly appears. It looks like it's around 1 or nearly 2 years old by the way.
The problem my dog keeps running around the backyard like crazy. Even after a big walk. So the backyard has tracks that she runs on. So idk what the rspc is going to think . I look after her but she has adhd or something.Notify the real estate agent that you will be making a complaint about the dog...Your ass will be covered with them should he try another b/s complaint.
Good chance, if the RSPCA check out his dog, they'll stick their nose over the fence at yours, so providing your dog is cared for, you've got nothing to worry about.
