It plays sexy too I need to hand it over to my mate to freshen up and set the action again. He works at Fender, So gonna see if he has any goodies he can swap out on it. Love the EMGs but would prefer some blackouts to replace them. I have DiMarzio pickups in the Black Beauty. There sound is just amazing. Screams like a cat under a wheel. (Don't mean to offend anyone with that comment if i do)

That 85 explorer has a SD Black Winter in the bridge. Love the SDs..I put a Screamin Demon in my Les Paul back in the day...more bite than a hungry salty..

I went through an Eclipse phase..also had a FT SS Eclipse in white with black binding and a cpl of LTD EC400s. They put Les Pauls to shame..even the LTDs. I'll have to see if my SSD will communicate with my phone so I can dig out some pics of the old collection..some serious guitar porn in there lol

Like you, I had a big collection, but had to downsize due to space. Still have some back in my hometown at the old girls. Even have my very first axe from when I was 5, good old Magnum. Ended up being my stage beater, for guitar flips and what not haha still plays nice tho

Just can't look past them for the price too. I just need to eventually upgrade my amp, had the Line 6 Spider 4 for 10 years, love it, but time for an orange head. The ld man has a blackstar box to go with it when i finally get one.
