I think this is the most appropriate section to post this question. Hopefully, some switched-on member of the forum can help.
My grand-daughter has changed the password on her I-pod and, typically, now can't remember what it is. It's hard to explain to a seven year old that the expensive device she loves so much is now just useless junk.
Is there any way of accessing the device to remedy this problem?
Edit: No need to respond. Information found elsewhere.
