Hoping someone here can help with a problem my pc has just developed.
I have tried to use five separate flashdrives on the computer but every one comes up with the error message "An error is preventing the photo or video being displayed. Error code:0x80010108".
The flashdrives have been used over the past couple of years without any probs and have many pics and videos loaded. Not being able to use them for photo printing etc is a pain. I doubt that all five drives are suddenly faulty at the same time, so can anybody suggest what might be wrong with the computer please? (Keep it simple - my computer literacy is well behind my knowledge of Commodores!)
