Damaged WH1 fuel tank

The 5 slotted metal bits ? Yep. They went in smoothly and tight. Looks like the O ring is sitting in correctly. I`ll put some fuel in it and turn it upside down tomorrow before i fit it to see if it leaks. Cheers.

The metal locking ring ? Yep. That`s what i meant about the slotted bits.

in the plastic tank outside the seal groove there is a notch removed and in the module there is a plastic tang that locates in there, sometimes they are not located right and it crushes the tang n doesn't sit right

Got it all running. No leaks. Only thing is the fuel gauge went crazy. I put 30 litres in it and the red empty light came on and the distance to empty read 75 kms then 110 kms to empty. It has now gone off so hopefully that is it . Must have been the float .
