car insurance - 2004 v8

what do you guys roughly pay for your car insurance for you vys being v8?
and who are you with
im 27 and my current company doesnt do online quotes for a v8 unless your over 30. pretty stupid really. so not sure who i should look at going with

I use just car as they actually insure mods (companies like budget and racv can refuse a payout for simple things like lowering and an exhaust). You can jump on their site and get an online quote.

shannons is the same,they will call you back and give you a quote though,i am with coles which is underwritten by wesfarmers and me being 40 and my wife being 33 with the extra mods etc costs us 50 per month,if you go market value with no accessories etc it would probably be cheaper,i suggest you get some quotes from raa,etc,print them out etc and then go see sgic as they have a promotion going now where they will beat it by 10%

I'm 27 and I pay $380 / year with aami for full comprehensive. Agreed value around $14k I think and I've cranked up my excess to about $2k because that lowers the premium a bit. I have no mods.

WOW! I pay $180 per month lol. Mines a HSV but who cares!
