Yep they are pretty cheap , but best to check them before replacing them.

Sway bar links are a common cause for front end noise. It's usually the ball joints on the links that are the problem. Easiest way to check is to unbolt one end , either from the sway bar or strut to check the ball joints.

Don't forget to dry the underfelt, it will be soaked. I put newspaper under it and changed it every day. Then I used a heat gun to dry it out followed by bissell spot clean to clean the carpet

I just fixed my left hand rear door that had the same problem. Remove the door card and check the plastic sheet behind it to see if it has come unstuck from the door. You can check by spraying water on the window after removing the door card and watching where it leaks out.
