I'm still surprised that there's a VY ute over in your part of the world. If you're after parts either new or 2nd hand, these guys can help. They have an eBay section as well. They specialise in Holden Commodores & Aussie Ford Falcon parts etc. They helped me with my ute when I first got it. Bonnets, Doors, Fuards, Spoilers, Bumber Bars - ozcarparts.com.au
I don't know if they send o/seas but it doesn't hurt to ask them. I don't know what your budget is regarding getting bits & pieces for your SS but let me know & I'll see what I can find. The exchange rate favours the £ at the moment so they should be cheap. My local dismantler is getting a white VY SS ute on Tuesday from the smash repairers who painted my ute. I'm going there to see what I can get as write-off utes are hard to find as parts vehicles.
