Very common problem. My advice would be to get it professionally replaced. I recently had this done on my wife's VS Clubsport and the result was excellent. Other forum members have managed to replace the headlining themselves do that is another option for you.

From the Holden VS Service Manual. VR will be the same. PCM is for auto, ECM is for manual trans. BTW, temperature sender is for the dash, and temperature sensor is for the engine and other items.

What have you tried so far? Turned the power off and back on again? Disconnected the battery for 10-15 mins and reconnected?

That sounds extremely, extremely, extremely unlikely. I doubt that Holden provided such a warranty even when they were still in business. Total BS in my opinion.

You should easily be able to tell the difference between an OEM or aftermarket rear window aerial (like the difference between chalk and cheese, as they say LOL).

Yikes, 300Nm (221 Ft lb) according to the VZ Service Manual. Never seen a torque specification so high !!!

Did you remove the throttle body to clean it, or did you clean it while attached? Make sure you have adjusted the throttle cable correctly, refer to diagram below:
