I couldnt work out how to create a forum on my phone so thought id ask you directly now ive fixed my thermostat my 01 vx is now running at operating temp and after a drive its reving a little high bout 1500rpm i checked throttle amd cruise control cables they wernt tight i had to turn car off and start again for revs to drop any idea i think tps sensor bit unsure

Hey mate I seen your comment before cheers for replying I the ecu I got has been mafless tuned is it true the tuners lock the ecu?

hi mate sorry to just txt u outa the blue but i think u could help me i have a 1999 vt commy and i just finished replacing the fuel pump and filter and now it wont start it is getting fuel through the filter and that but when i start it. the starter motor cranks i can here it but nothing happens after that i reaplaced the fuel pump cause it would run for 5min then sputter and stalls PLS HELP ITS MY WORK CAR.

We have the two hole airbox in the Caprice (at least mine does) with one tube coming straight up and one going behind the headlamp.

Quick question. I just saw you had input in a thread about 2nd hole air boxes. I was wondering what our caprices have in them stock. Reason I ask is because my caprice sounds much more throaty than my friends one having a ss crewman and the other a vx Berlina V8. Is this due to a different airbox we may have?
