When boosting alloytecs what needs to be reinforced

Don't even bother, people spend thousands on these engines just for a few extra HP... I'd sell it and buy an LS powered car, or a Barra powered Falcon which can be had for dirt cheap...

In all seriousness your not going to do this as getting 1000hp out of an LS is expensive and difficult enough.

If you truely wanted to get a thousand horsepower out of an Alloytec (rather than just wishful thinking) you’d be made of money and you’d be finding an engine builder and writing them a blank cheque, because that is what it would take.

Unless the bar your aiming for is one dyno run before it explodes you’ll be up for a billet block for the build which will be at least five figures before you even add any other parts required.
