Addacado is a company that buys/sells adspace on websites.
This is an extremely amusing problem where an adserver is prompting for HTTP Authentication , And as the page is rendering those ads you end up getting prompted for it.
Its also happened for me on a major gaming website. Ignore it, Use adblock or hit ESC a few times till it goes away.
