I asked for a quote for my 2002 L67 Calais when I went to EJ Day at Trafalgar Holden Museum last year,
they [Shannons] rang the next day, and I pissed myself with laugher with their spiel, BS, and trying to convince they are the best quote for that type of Car,

Triple of Budget which is a joke
Triple of AAMI, which is a joke also

In a nut shell,
Your car is as much as what someone is willing to pay,
Possibly $18k > $22k, possibly $24k if a buyer is that keen

You "never" get your money back on mods !

yea its on laid up usage and as it says not for road use, same as my mates burnout ute u can insure it for anything u want for travel and such but soon as its under its own power its not insured anymore
