VY 2 Maloo Check Engine Light

CEL comes occasionally when I accelerate hard or when climbing a steep hill at a steady throttle position , it mostly clears a few moments later or if not it always clears when I next cycle the ignition.
Scanner live data says control loop is closed when running in its normal state and when CEL is on it says Loop fault
Any one have any ideas on what causes this ?

The scan always says no code found when the light is on

i removed the cat/muffler, fitted a cat back system, extractors
bought car like this
well maintained with ebay parts

What scan tool was used ?,

Very unusual the MIL is on,
and no DTC code.

I’ve owned it for 9 years
The car had a Reflash in 2007
It is well maintained
Its not a new issue it’s been triggering for a very long time
I’ve never thought too much about it as it goes out right away 99% of the time
Im just curious is all

I haven’t tinkered with it recently and this has just happened

but as asked what scan tool you used as holdens can give funny results with some tools

Sorry I was’nt very clear was I
It’s not a new issue it’s been going on for a long time and definitely not the result of anything I had done I haven’t messed with the exhaust, the Cats, sensors or oxygen sensors it just came up on the dash
I was told one time that it was a missed check box in the tune I’m not sure if they were having a laugh or not

Scanner is an Actron I think
