Post a photo of the bay from further away and include the steering pump without the pulley attached and a photo of those steel pipes to see where they go.

OK, that makes sense, those steel pipes were to supply coolant to the LPG converter, without it they freeze up.

You can remove those steel pipes and just refit the standard hoses.

Thank you that makes a lot of sense I only just had the converter removed just before pits

Also pull those two short hoses off. Something doesn't look right. with the way that bypass hose doesn't connect to the timing cover.
