Unfortunately, today i managed with little pressure to snap of the boot lever while trying to access the boot.
(nexto drivers side door/seat)

Does anyone know how to replace this part or any tips to do a temp fix?

If it's the boot hinge, it's 2 bolts and it unmounts from from parcel shelf. Wreckers them them to replace.

If it's the shock mount, you'll need to drill out the spot welds and then replace with bolts

there is a bit of metal on the end of the cable, and a hook/hole on the lever. Wiggle it out & back into the new one & secure to the rail again.
