VF Radio error

Has anyone had this error? Radio will take a couple of minutes to start after turning the car on, but the screen will remain blank for another minute or two. It goes blank and freezes if a call comes in (so have turned off Bluetooth) and if you try to change a setting it will freeze and go blank again. Have checked fuse and also disconnected the battery and this hasn’t helped.

Is this the only thing the radio does?

If so, it looks like you have a software problem which may require a hard reset

How did you get on with this error? I'm experiencing very similiar symptoms, without the error message displayed. Did you find the cause and a solution?
