Hoping some of the VE V6 experts on the forum can tell me which engine these coils belong to.

Found these at the bottom of a box of junk from my dad's workshop, all new and the boxes were unopened.
@Fu Manchu , do you recognize these?

They look like VE coils. Is there 3 or 4 pins in there?

It says VE on the box and the connector has 4 pins.

I know they're not coils for an LS, and there's 6 in the set, so I'm assuming they're for an Alloytec/SIDI.

Delphi Ignition Coil Igc-277a for Holden Commodore Ve 3.6l V6 Set of 6

Just checked the part number on the Delphi coils I put in our VE SV6 LLT engine about 3 years ago. They are IGC 277D and have four pins.
Looks like the IGC 277A has 3 pins.

They look like the coils that suit the VE LE0 engine.as 07GTS said.
After I think mid 07 the shape changed and the rubber insulator that slips over the tip of the spark plug became longer.
That's interesting to hear Holden decided to use them again 7 years later in the VF.
What's written on the top of the coil near the bolt?
Send them to me I'll use them on my LFW for a few years and see if they're any good :)
