Ticking noise car off for about 3hrs

G'day legends I've got a 2004 monaro cv8

Today I've noticed a ticking noise, but the car has been off for roughly 3-4hrs

You have to put your ear really close to engine then you hear the noise

Anyone come across this, its got me stumped

I've got a video as well

It's about 5 seconds in on the video
