The rears are 19x10 +40 with some decent dish but I have big brakes so will need to run a 12mm spacer to get them to fit (Have 12mm hubcentrics and long 79mm race studs to fit also)

With the spacers the offset will be +28 which I know is pretty aggressive, question is will they fit with some guard rolling or cutting of the lip? Or will the guards need to be massaged out slightly?

Long studs are in & I tried it with the spacers, clears the calipers by a bees dick but looks ridiculously Mexican, lot of camber, stretch and a guard roll would make it work but I'm no fan of hella flush

Do you have any picture to help any one look at 10" 28P wheels in the future? I would assume a 10" with a 35P or 40P would be more up your alley but Im getting the vibe you arent willing to roll your guards so that may still be to flush for you.

So instead I'm looking at a set of Koya SF04's

Anyone know what size & offset (and tyre size) this thing is running? Replicating that is pretty much what I'm after.

I'd say they are about 20x10 +35. Common size for the Koya SF range. Tyres are likely 255/35R20 or maybe even 245/35 with that stretch.

Yes the VF SV6 wheels will fit your VE Omega without any issues.

Hi All,

Sorry if I put this in the wrong thread... was after some advice on the spare tyre.

Currently looking at new tyres for my VE SII SV6 and thought to check out the spare tyres. My standard tyres are 245/45 R18 however the spare is only 225/60 R16.

Asked when I got a quote for tyres and he didn't seem to think it sounded right. I purchased the car second hand so have no idea if the spare is the original or not, altho it does have a manufacture date of 2011.

Anyone able to advise me whether I should look at getting a new spare or not.

Thanks!

That's the factory spare for a V6 model. Same rolling diameter as the 245/45R18

Is there an adaptor you can get to fit PRE VE wheels on a VE? I know the centre bore on a VE is smaller than older vehicles.

Currently running 20 x 8.5 40P with 245/35/20 on all corners. No rubbing issues, and the car is lowered on Monroe shocks with Pedders springs (not sure of the model, i need to scrub road grime off to read them).

Im changing to 20 x 10 38P on the rear, and going with a 285/30/20 to maintain consistency of rolling diameter and ride height. This will involve rolling the rear guards, so I'll post a follow up with the results.

Rims are SSW Stella 2.
