Self levelling

why is my self levelling suspension working with the ignition off after couple off hours on my wh grange. When you open the boot it starts. It has only started a month ago ???

Not familiar with self levelling on WH but if it’s the common air bladder around rear shocks with airlines to air tank and compressor with height sensor on rear arm and module handling control functions, I’d look for an air leak somewhere…
