Scattershield into Holden VN

Has anyone successfully put a steel scattershield into Holden VN V8 (Chev bolt pattern). Was looking at exhausting the conversion to manual before push the button on rebuilding 4L60 trans, as there most probably is not much difference in the costs to install either

cant believe knowone has upgraded the aluminium bellhousing for steel won to save a clutch from exploding ?

Maybe no one drives their car hard enough to detonate the clutch?

If you are really worried fit a steel flywheel instead of the standard cast unit.

if was going to run scattershield, would normally fit steel flywheel also
wondering whether there is sufficient room in VN to fit the scattershield
just a question why we dont see more of them
