Just wondering what I’d expect with a otr, 3 inch cat back 1 7/8 headers and 3 inch high flow cars plus a tune. What kw/hp will I be around?

Should be a minimum 30kw+ at the wheels gain, but I will say you have probably gone and upset half of the members of this forum with your choice in exhaust size.

What's wrong with 3"? Now if that 3" is XF, well then yeah that's a concern and something someone should be jailed for, and same with the bloke fitting it.

done that to a mates exhaust, VE 6.0 n/a just boltons, used my old 1-7/8 headers 3'' cats down into twin 2.5" worked quite well

The 1 7/8 headers is what caught my attention, the net says boost only sized pipes, I run them and actually mine is all XF!
On xforce website, it actually says to use different than 1 7/8 headers if boosted. I plan on boosting it in the future somewhere so no point getting the smaller size and spend twice the money

MY12.5 Maloo R8, MY12 Redline ute, Magnum 224
I fitted 1 7/8" Sureflo headers and 5" Ballistic cats to the 2.5" standard exhaust on my Maloo.
They unlocked a heap of torque right through the rev range, especially off idle.
That was prior to being tuned.
