Sold for scrap :(
Hi guys I want to run some wires from the inside of the car to the engine bay and I want to fine a easy way of doing it, I have thought of running it through the same hole as the other wires but there is a huge rubber seal and I don't want to stuff around with that but there seem to be a unused seal near where the steering comes through. Is that ok to use or is it a seal 4 something that I don’t want to be putting a hole in.
Here is a photo of the seal I want to use
So
1. Is this ok to use, does it feed into the drivers side?
2. Is there an easier way to run wires through the firewall?

this is the One I wanna use

By looking at the photos it looks like you have an auto?
The rubber seal you are wanting to go thru is just a plug for a manual. This is where the clutch cable goes thru.
If this is the case then there is no reason why you can't go thru it.

Here's what a manual cable looks like
If yours is a auto if you make a hole in the grommet it should go straight inside.

Note I changed the factory clamps on the fuel lines as they leaked especially from cold even after the clamps were done up as tight as they could ....these new ones are endless and are made for fuel injection hose.

Hey soulyouth. I can confirm you can use that rubber as a passthrough to the cabin asI have just used that exact same one to wire a speaker to my two way radio into the engine bay.
I will put some silicone around it though just in case!!
