I done a continuity test? Read all 0's

Plugs and leads oem replacments about 25,000km ago maybe 8 years?

Any reason it displays a 6 digit pin code for the radio?
Do I only take the first 4 or the last 4?

try it both ways

remove spark plugs from left bank and carefully inspect
especially for one that is much blacker or whiter than the rest
i assume you have a good feel for how this car drives and idles
unplug both O2 sensors
reset fuel trims/disconnect battery
drive like this for a day or 2 and then report back if better or worse

yes ,after clearing fuel trims
then after a day or 2, recheck fuel trims
which should be on zero with O2 disconnected
and post results and drivability

possibly but they will relearn and go back to the same spot in bout 30 mins of driving

Yes after disconnecting battery
Driving seemed ok but idling is worse.
Second trip idle was better but still not as good as it was
