Can anyone identify this gauge ???

Hi all I found this auto clock in an old cupboard sitting on a pile of dust and mouse poo. it looks like oem . Cant remember seeing anything quite like it anyone know???

one series was yellow hands and other was white, i have repaired many of them thru the years and have two at work right now, they are worth a mint if anyone can get there hands one one
