Blue heads V6

After doing some work on my VP Calais the other day I noticed the heads are painted blue, it's a pastel blue (almost Aqua), the block and sump are black.

The P/S rack is also painted this colour.

The car is low KM and one owner (I'm the second), no mention of either replaced in the service history.
Car is grandpa spec.

Did some V6 models get this?

Never. No Eason I can think of they would paint the heads blue over a standard colour.

As like some one got some rattle cans and painted them to me

maybe grand pa installed some worked heads at some stage?
