acrylic home partial respray

hey everyone when i purchased my car they had just resprayed the body but ran out of paint for the roof. there is a noticeable difference in coulur so ive finally decided to fix it.Im also fitting a vq rear bar and a vn ss front bar, and repainting a replacement vn ss spoiler i have.

To do all this: 2 bars centre spoiler and roof, will two litres be enough?

The paint mixed to my colour is $65 a litre at casey coatings in dandenong, to complete the job ill also need primer and clear. they sell it fairly cheap i think, heres the links:

Do all these prices seem fair? has anybody used there stuff before???

Lastly to paint my rubber rear spoiler centre section do i need a special kind of paint.

what prices? 65 bucks per liter seems really stiff. paintmobile sell 2 pack for less than that.

youll also need general purpose thinners to mix with the paint.

none of the links copied over properly, all fixed now i though the paint price seemed a little steep. I'd rather paint acrylic as the rest of the car is in it and its easier to paint at home.

Thinners is fairly cheap right? buy it in a big drum?

yeah just make sure you get the right thinners ask your paint supplier eg enamel thinners will react with acrylic paint its cheap as.

what do i need to do differentky to paint my bumpers, or my ss lower kit which is plastic or my ss spoiler which is like rubber?

anybody with help painting plastic or rubber?

I need some help working out exactly what i need.

So far i can think of primer so:

1ltr normal primer for roof - how much
1ltr plastic prime or bumper prime - $30-50 dollars
2 ltrs of paint - how much can i expect to pay a litre?
Thinners Acrylic - how much
Clear Acrylic - how much

then a gun. i have a compressor and air hose. anything else anyone can think of?
whats good brands to look for in paint thinners ect.

also do my amounts above sound reasonable i need to:
roof and pillars
front and rear bumper
centre of an ss vn spolier
and sideskirts

i relly need osme help so anything you know please let me know

Lastly a cheap gun like this should do the trick right? obviously its no iwota but for what i wanna do it should be suffice, come with a 2mm tip so i can spray everything with it just have to change over tips for some of it.
