Update, bought some more goodies on Saturday (Gates Timing Kit, Nason Head Bolts and Permaseal 1.3 4 layer stainless steel Headgasket VRS kit). Got the new head gasket and bolts torqued down and the motor timed with new belt and tensioner. Turbo Manifold bolted and Mani-Sealed on. Dump Pipe (which I wrapped up aswell) bolted on just to get it off the ground lol. So she's all pretty much ready to go in and planning to put it in Anzac Day long weekend and also painting the engine bay while the old motor is out. Just got to buy new silicon joiners and a few other fidly bits. Also some feedback from you guys would be appreciated aswell.

Update, So it's all go ahead for the transplant to happen next Weekend. (Anzac Day long Weekend). Yesterday bought new Silicon Joiners, New Pod Filter, Oil and Coolant. Also got all my gauges hooked up and ready to go
It's been a while since an update, as I've been busy busy haha so here's a quick rundown and some pics. The conversion went as planned, got it all in and running over 3 days. Got the exhaust done a week later. Let's just say she's not the slow old Wagon anymore haha. Loving it.
