Was that a standard (passenger) or hi-flow (truck) nozzle you tried to fill with? I think they are a different size. I have not used hi-flow pumps for a while as they are usually too greasy. Not sure how the ZB filler is set up.

We used to call it an On/Off switch. Could be used for driving lights. Friends installed one back in the 80’s so there were no blank switches. Cheers

If that is the original radiator, you have done very well. Mine failed at approx. 106K (top neck snapped off). Of course that was just after the 105K service where the coolant was replaced (car was 5 years old). Genuine replacement rad. approx. $1K. Coolant was also replaced about 2 years ago...

Maybe try TJM on Highbury Road, Burwood. They do Prestige Sunroofs. I used to work around there, they always had new cars getting pre-delivery work done.

Hey VC, I hear ya, heard of a few negative reports myself. I've had a good run with my local Pedders. Maybe it helps I know the people in the workshop. I can stand and watch what's happening. I'm trying to keep the VE as OEM as possible, might even end up using genuine Holden (Monroe?) shocks...

For the record, nothing wrong with a dual cab. Gotta get 'em dirty like I do!! @Geoff6666 , given age and k's, maybe look at some new shocks. I'm currently looking at Pedders... due to mates rates...

I have had this happen in a Kia Pregio van. To get it out of gear we pushed/rocked it back and forward. It eventually popped out of gear. Never knew the root cause of the problem as we sold the whole fleet of 3. Cheers

Love the Ute roller covers, I’ve got the EGR Rolltrac on my new Hilux. Provides lighting and security by locking into the tailgate. HSP have rollers for VE/VF, but good luck finding one for the VZ. Cheers
