    Pull the fuel filter off and reverse flush it as well. Everything might be good, but dirt is preventing flow until you have run it some. I soak it in hot water and washing powder for while, then reverse flush it with the garden hose, blow as much water out as you can with your mouth then dry it in the hot sun or a hot place.

    Have you tested the injectors? Pull them out and blow in the top, see they are not stuck open. If you can blow air through it, it is leaking. Clean or replace.

    Spray the tops of them out with electrical contact cleaner, careful little scrub with a cotton bud to get **** out of the filter if the problem is blockage, not leakage. Run wires from your batter to the two little contacts inside and see if they are activating. They will click if they are good.
