  • Hey mate
Yes I had to pull the pieces off the dash and trim (pretty easy as it's just pressure clips), and the red carbon fibre trim is hydro dipped from a guy in Syd. The cream was in my car too and I thought it looked **** tbh!!!!
Hey mate yeah I did. It made 242rwkw. I just recently put a DPE 2.5 catback on and made 270rwkw. Even felt a difference doing that. I would recommend that combo as the headers, cat and otr and tune goes well but you will want more sound.
hi Mike. Thanks for the info on the springs. Was reading through your other posts and I picked up that the pedders part no.s are as follows; front springs are part number 220092 and rears are 212955. Are they 30 or 35mm lowered springs? Also, your new wheels look hot. Been thinking Simmons but they just not doing it for me. Found some I like but they don't fit the Redline due to bigger brakes on the front. But yours look great. What brand and model are they. Would like to see what colour variations they have as my car is black. One last question if you don't mind.
Noticed you have ATR air intake, what else have you done, Tune? Headers? if so are you happy with results. At this stage all ive done is cat back Xforce 2.5" and love the sound. No drone. Manual so no AFM which is good. Thanks Heaps, Dave.
    G'day mate,
Your car looks sick, mine is red hot too. I decided on these wheels yesterday, then I googled them and found images of your car. Can I ask what tyres you have on them? What did you pay for wheels and tyres?
Does the rear rub on the guards (mine is lowered about an inch using coilovers)?
    Cheers
    Scott
Mate you're a legend! Those part numbers are the same ones as I got :), I'm in perth and when I visited the store I showed them a photo of your car and provided them with the details you had in the suspension thread and they just seemed really disinterested and then gave me a price of around $1100 fitted, I thought that was a bit much so just got the springs alone and getting them fitted elsewhere. Thanks again for your help!
    Hey Mate,

I was looking at the pics of your redline and the ride height looks spot on! Any chance you know the part numbers of the Pedders springs you used? I want to get the same ones but the blokes I spoke to were a bit vague about the options.

    Much appreciated!

    Mike,
Forgot to ask about the J pipes and your thoughts as I put a Pacemaker cat back system on mine and at the start drone was gone well I thought it was but thinking of putting a set of them on maybe to see how they sound.
    Hey Mike,
Mate the one thing I love since it's been lowered is the view from the back looks low and mean so that will be a couple of photos I get and post also looking at blacking it out just got a link from Thunderballs for some blacked out light covers which look cool as well as two new Black Holden badges but yer once I get the photos up I will let you know,
    Ken
    Hey Red,
