Thanks for that, but as on first reading I'm not sure that it addresses MY confusion, I think I'll read it again . Seriously, I think that at this stage I'll stick with the green stuff that's in the system, bleed it and top-up, and replace the cap with a 140kPa one from GMH.

I'm totally confused, but from what I've researched, red coolant is specified, green is OK, although they shouldn't be mixed . I'll get that 140kPa cap tomorrow from Holden at Castle Hill, then have the cooling system properly flushed, and stick with the green coolant to ensure there's no mixing.

Thank you ...... the filler neck is fine, and while looking for a new Cap most at outlets such a Supercheap specify 140 kPa, but the one on the Advebtra is 125 kPa ?? Can somebody advise which is correct?

The VH hasn't been anywhere near a Dealer since its 20,000Km Service on 26/11/1984; whilst I'm sure they could fix things for me, my pockets aren't deep enough! Regarding the driving lights - they were fitted by the Dealer (Les Vagg Holden), and they're the same ones as fitted to Police cars...

Those driving lights are labelled "Halogen 1520", but there's no brand name --- any ideas on the brand and where I can buy a new reflector and/or the complete reflector/lens assembly?
