Part Two......

Second....I have the basic wiring (speakers, power aerial, Pos n Neg) sorted out, that part works fine. The problems start with the wires for the Body Control Module, Instrument illumination wires, Tele Communications wires, Steering Control wires. All sorts of wierd **** happens when I connect some of these up, ie, Switch headlights on - stereo turns off, stereo on - no instrument cluster lights and possibly some others I have forgotten atm. I have some pics of the wiring diagrams I will try to include with this msg. I am really hoping you can shine some light on this for me as my Mrs is going to kill me if I dont have this sorted out by Fri 16th March (rego) lol
Will also post some pics of the stereo in the dash later.

Just bringing up an old post regarding VY 6 stacker in a VX. I have succesfully installed the Blaukpunkt 6 stack in my VX. None the less, its giving me some curry ! I have some questions I'm hoping you can help with. Firstly, (and the answer to this one may iron out some of the other issues), I have VY projector lights in my VX (VY front end). When I switch to hi beam, lo beam goes out. I'm told there is a mod I need to do to the hi beam/blinker stalk where I need to join two of the wires together. Do you know anything about this ? (This msg has been sent as two as it is too long for one)

heyy matee, sees u know heaps about ute set ups for speakers.
i have a 2006 vz thunder.
ive gott no idea whatt will fit and how amps and **** work, my plans are i wanna replace the speakers in the doors to something way better and then put 2 more speakers behind the seats or something, i also want to get a new head unit and a slim line sub. has me buggered what amps i will need for what and what would fit in the ute andd the best way to set it uppp. if u could help would be appreciated.
