  • Hey mate im doing l67 conversion on my vy ute i got full engine loom ecu boc and fuel pump outta a wh statesman. Is there any problems fitting it or should it be straight forward. I was also thinking about getting a vy sc memcal l. What are your thoughts

    Hey mate I see you have the conversion for sale but I already had a supercharger and loom with Ecu, anything else I'll need before I do the change over from my Eco tec?

    just wondering what diff ratio you have currently and what you would recommend for me as I'm getting an LSD just don't know what ratio I wonna go for.... I do some freeway driving to uni and back so I dont want it to rev too high on the freeway so 3.9s or above are definately out of the question... would be out of 3.45s and 3.7s? what suits an A4 L67 better i know 3.7s are gonna take off harder but what about mid range? i.e foot down at 80-100 ks I'm worried that with 3.7s if it shifts down it will almost immediately redline and run out of legs and have to change to 3rd.

    Hi Mate, thanks for replying on my thread about the software for my 02 VY commodore. I have the tech2 ODBII cable (which i read was the right cable somewhere) it fits the socket on the car no problem, but i can seem to find any software to talk to the ECU. I want to enable the police mode to give the missus a digital speedo. Any info you give would be much appriciated :)
