Why a billet block? A stock ecotec block has gone to 1000rwhp and the alloytec arguably has a better bottom end.In all seriousness your not going to do this as getting 1000hp out of an LS is expensive and difficult enough.
If you truely wanted to get a thousand horsepower out of an Alloytec (rather than just wishful thinking) you’d be made of money and you’d be finding an engine builder and writing them a blank cheque, because that is what it would take.
Unless the bar your aiming for is one dyno run before it explodes you’ll be up for a billet block for the build which will be at least five figures before you even add any other parts required.
I believe it's already been done and then some but I can't for the life of me remember who it was.
Making power with boost is completely different than N/A which is the route most go with the Alloytec engines (cams and intakes etc).
