It's starting to look like it's coming together.
Now if only the bumper would fit back on with that new piping. It's going to require some massaging...
Plus the bumper appears to have morphed shape a little in the 5 months it's been off the car.

A foot pedal for the Tig would be pretty sweat.
I've got 2T on my machine so I didn't have to hold the button down which is nice. Click to start, click to stop.
The amp dial on the torch is a pain, I turn it up by accident now and then which can be lightly catastrophic.

Pretty sure that's the same TIG I got off the mate that he was using for a long time.
If memory serves me right it wasn't the easiest to get some really good Alu welds.
Since getting a better Tig (some Snap On one) Alu welds have been alot nicer.
Can't remember the settings, but there was something different about it that effected the Alu welding ability.
