VK 308 and Turbo350

There perhaps is the difference. 1 5/8" tri y unknown brand. Yes there isn't much clearance. Power is 288 rwhp whatever that is in engine horsepower. My biggest issue was getting the clearance on the turbo 700. Even though there isn't much clearance there is no contact at any speed.

My vh has had 2 roadworthy's done. One when it came into the Country some 22 odd years ago and about 3 years ago when it was put on club rego. I don't even know if they looked at clearances.

Probably similar power I just prefer to say it had 450hp as it felt slow to me for all good parts it had in it.

Had several issues when I bought it & by the time finally got it going really well rear main seal was stuffed.

Turns out that it was an incredibly big pain in the ass. I had to jack the motor on the side to get enough clearance to clear the trans and the power steering. ohh and I had to take the flange of the extractors. Needs to be welded back when I put the rest of the exhaust back together. Thank you all for the help and advice.
