Hi, I've had to replace the radiator in my 04 VY2 Berlina Wagon (v6).

I've ordered a full alloy one to get away from the plastic tanks.

Even though it said its compatible the seller now says it needs adaptors to connect the transmission lines.

They say theirs uses M18*1.5

What is the size on the VY?

I assume I can get an adapter from Supacheap?

Shouldn’t need adapters - vy doesn’t use a flared connector like other models.

Best off going with a radiator with plastic tanks for future reference.

Those cheap full alloy rads from eBay are annoying. If you haven't fitted it yet you might find it doesn't fit properly. I've been there and they are not an upgrade like we are lead to believe.

They do use gas thread style flange nuts. And the plastic tanks are what I'm trying to avoid. They are the weak point after a bit of age etc.
