Rear brake light wont work when park lights are on

VT V6 Sedan. left rear light )This is weird. brake light work fine, rear park lights work fine BUT...when park lights are on if the brake pedal is depressed neither the brake or the park light work. How can I trouble shoot this one?

Replace the rear bulbs. One of the filaments will be contacting the other.
