M82 Issues (as expected)

G’day, Just wanna find out on if i can swap the M82 5 Speed trans for the 6L50 6 Speed trans (Both autos), I’m starting to experience a few issues with the transmission like Gears slipping resulting to the car jolts between 2nd and 3rd gear and i’m having to use the active select to counter it, Is it possible idm on how much or how long it’ll take
