just replace the broken bits of rubber/hose with transmission hose from autobarn in the same size.

Don't waste the $110 they charge now for them from Holden.



and you will probally find that its either as said above blow through into the manifold or the fact the cars at 170,000km the rear main is probably weeping into the bell-housing and dripping out while your driving which is pretty common.

This was a cheap option until I get the PCV set up from an LS6.

Will be a while with the exchange rate where it is.

I also have a weep from the rear seal that I need to get onto at some point.

I loose about 1.5 litres between services.

To be honest I haven't cleaned out the intake yet so not likely to be getting the best results but taking a fair amount of oil out of the system.

The LS6 valley cover will be next, that is better as it keeps the oil in the system. The above cost me $35 including postage from USA, 10cm of fuel line and 10 min to fit.

I got it from e-bay but couldn't find it again, the part was for an FJ Land Cruiser if that helps and is an oil air separator.

Jegs do a similar one but it is quite expensive.
